  • Redds

    Platform: iPad

    Another application made specifically to capture user information for further marketing purposes. This time around we had to create a door model and animation in 3D in order to accomplish the result required. The application leverages off the Stage 3D API using Starling as a framework, its the first app we've done on the iPad which uses sprite sheet based animations resulting in smooth animations and transitions.

  • Nescafe

    Platform: iPad

    Similar to our previous applications, making use of prize based incentives to capture user information. For Nescafe we had to create a simple “three shells” type of game, the user needs to follow the coffee bean and once the shuffle is complete the user selects a coffee cup that covers the coffee bean. The whole application runs off a SQLite database and exports all the user details into a CSV file for further marketing purposes.

  • MTN Shoutbox

    Platform: Windows

    The MTN Yolo campaign ran at a number of universities and colleges around South Africa, we helped create a booth that records a user dancing to a music selection of their choice as well as taking a photo of the user which was printed out in the booth. The videos were recorded and encoded using FFMPEG so they could be uploaded to the Facebook page.

  • Yoloman

    Platform: Android

    An Android application which lets people fill in their details and play a small Pacman type game game after which they have to select a Yoloman and they could win a prize. This application was apart of a larger campaign for MTN which occurred at various colleges and universities around South Africa. We also created an application which lets a consumer film themselves and have their photo taken in an environment created on a green screen.

  • Sprite

    Platform: iPad

    The Sprite marketing application allowed the users to scratch a beat on a CD deck. After they finished scratching they had a chance of winning some fantastic prizes.

    The prizes are of course an incentive to entice users to register for further marketing campaigns from Coca Cola

  • Purina

    Platform: iPad

    The Purina iPad application captures user information using a competition as an incentive. This is the first application we've created which makes use of the built in SQLite database for storing user information.

    The Purina representatives can connect the iPad to iTunes and download the user information in an Excel spreadsheet which will allow for further marketing possibilities

  • Bernini

    Platform: iPad

    The Bernini application uses prize based incentives to capture user information as well as an interactive game which requires a user to pop a balloon which reveals a prize (or not).

    This is the first iPad application we've created which uses the new Stage3D API released with Adobe Air 3.2 because of this the application runs at a stunning 60 frames per second.

    The Millers iPad application is a marketing tool used at events and in clubs to capture user information made possible by prize based incentives.

    The application comes complete with a management section to determine how many prizes remain and a help section indicating how the application works

  • Vitamin Water

    Platform: iPad

    The Vitamin Water application determines which Vitamin Water flavour suits your current mood. It was used at Vitamin water events, it was recreated from an International version.

    This version was only recreated because it contained some flavours of Vitamin Water which don’t exist here in South Africa

    The Schweppes iPad application is a marketing tool used at events and in clubs to capture user information made possible by prize based incentives.

    The application comes complete with a management section to determine how many prizes remain and a help section indicating how the application works

  • Hunters

    Platform: iPad

    The Hunters iPad application is a marketing tool used at events and in clubs to capture user information made possible by prize based incentives.

    It uses a similar system as the Schweppes app however instead of using a spinning wheel to win prizes it uses a snow globe. Individuals shake the iPad to shake the snow globe to reveal a prize

  • Klipdrift & Cola

    Platform: iPad

    The Klipdrift & Cola iPad application is a marketing tool used at events and in clubs to capture user information made possible by prize based incentives.

    It uses a similar system as the Schweppes app and Hunters applications and makes use of a tried and tested method for capturing user information

  • Visa FIFA World Cup 2010

    Platform: PC and Mac

    This travel guide was accessible via an online portal on the official Visa website as well as at touchscreen interfaces at the FIFA World Cup 2010 draw in Cape Town.

    Makes use of Flash 10 and video based content for the animations. Credit to Moja Creative for input in the design stage and content.

iOS

The Apple App Store is by far the most popular mobile applications portal and as developer of Apple iOS Apps we’re able to publish applications to this successful portal. Alternatively we can also publish applications which are used as internal or marketing tools to help our clients with whatever objective they are trying to achieve.

Mac

The applications we develop are predominantly Adobe Air based which allows for multi-platform publishing, meaning that our expertise aren’t limited to deploying applications only in a mobile environments but extend to applications which can be used on Apple based computers.

Android

So you’ve looked at the Apple App Store, well what about Android and the Google Marketplace? Android has the largest market in the mobile industry due to the mobile hardware independency. Getting an application onto this marketplace also doesn’t require a lengthy process and publishing is a breeze.

PC

Similar to Mac based publishing, using Adobe Air makes the compiled application platform independent so people on both sides of the PC/Mac fence can use the same application without the need to develop it multiple times. This results in cheaper and faster design and development
